This is the core product that performs the actual operations of various AlpaConnect features. It is primarily provided as a Cloud solution, but is also available as an On-Premise solution.
Key Features
Real-time Data Collection and Streaming
Data is received in milliseconds via MQTT QoS 2 and compressed and stored in a high-performance time-series database. The collected data is propagated in real time to various modules via a Kafka-based message bus, allowing users to instantly check trends or view history on the dashboard. Provided APIs make it easy to build AI model training or batch analysis pipelines.
Scalable and Reliable Architecture
The platform is composed of microservices based on Kubernetes and Istio, enabling automatic scaling even during traffic surges. Multi-AZ redundancy, WAL replication, and cross-region backups aim for zero downtime and zero data loss.
Security and Compliance
All API communications are encrypted with TLS 1.3, and device-specific JWT-based key management is used for identification. In on-premise environments, network separation guidelines are followed according to the customer’s operational policies.
Systematic Permission System
A detailed RBAC model segmented by organization and team supports fine-grained permission management even in large-scale collaborative environments. Read/write permissions are separated by device and API endpoint, allowing only the minimum necessary access.
Support for Various Device Connections
IoT devices can communicate using standard protocols such as MQTT and HTTP(S), and can be connected more easily via the Arduino Library.

On-Premise Platform
Our solution can be deployed in your data center.
We provide Helm Charts and Terraform modules for direct deployment to customer data centers or edge environments, and installation can be completed in less than 30 minutes on standard hardware. Central-edge synchronization ensures consistent data flow even in network-separated environments, and remote monitoring services allow continued operation with minimal personnel. You can also switch to a fully self-managed mode at any time using your own staff.
