AlpaConnect Link provides complete hardware based on ESP32. You can connect external sensors via protocols such as ModBus, I2C, and SPI, making it easy to create products without hardware design.

The reference board equipped with the ESP32-S3 chip supports Wi-Fi 6 and BLE 5.0 by default and enables long-term operation through OTA firmware updates. Onboard interfaces such as RS-485 (Modbus RTU), CAN, I²C, SPI, GPIO, and ADC allow easy connection of external sensors, and optional expansion modules for 4G/LTE Cat-M1, NB-IoT, PoE, and LoRaWAN are available. FreeRTOS and Arduino example code, along with auto-provisioning scripts, are provided so that even developers without hardware design experience can quickly complete their products.

Special Features for PLC Connectivity

Built-in OPC UA and Modbus TCP drivers enable real-time collection and control of PLC data in factory automation facilities. Secure remote access is possible through Zero-Trust tunnels without VPN, and periodically or event-based polled data is stored in a time-series DB for predictive maintenance model training. If thresholds are exceeded or anomalies are detected, instant notifications are sent via Slack, email, or SMS, and industrial-grade security requirements are met through TLS 1.3 and role-based key management.
